Suzanne de la Barre, Umeå university presented the posters ”Consuming Stories: Placing Food in the Arctic Tourism Experience” and “Riding the Boom: Entrepreneurs and Their Role in Sustaining Tourism Development in Arctic Regions During Intense Mining Investment Periods” at the International Polar Year (IPY) conference in Montreal 22-26 April 2012.
